Bakery Condominiums

Converted in 2002, the 66 units in the Bakery Condominiums are located 1111 S. Peters St.

The Bakery condos building originally was constructed for the Consumers Biscuit Bakery, and was eventually converted in 2005. These converted condos give the historic New Orleans feel while also being set in the middle of the art district. Mi Mi was part of the marketing team who worked with the ownership on the conversion and successful sell out of all the condominium units.
